# Limits and rules

> Rate limits, plan and credit rules, and what is done in the VoiceAIWrapper app instead.

## Rate limit

Over the limit, tools answer "Too many requests. Please try again in a minute."

## Plan, credits and build limits

The MCP server follows the same rules as the VoiceAIWrapper app:

* **Building an agent** follows the agent builder's rules: your plan, your credits and the daily build limit.
* **Only one website read at a time** per organization. If another build is reading a site, try again in a minute.
* **Web widgets** are created on any plan, but refuse visitors until your plan includes web widgets.
* **Calls** use credits as usual. With no credits, agents can't take or make calls; [`get_setup_status`](/documentation/mcp/tools/setup-and-calls#get_setup_status) shows this.

## Paused organizations

When an organization is paused, every tool that changes something is refused: the create tools, `retry_agent_build`, `update_agent`, `create_web_widget` and `connect_phone_number`. You can still view agents, builds, setup and calls.

## Languages

Agents can speak, among others, English, Spanish, French, German, Hindi, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian and Japanese. Pass the language by name (`Spanish`) or code (`es`). [`update_agent`](/documentation/mcp/tools/agents#update_agent) also accepts `auto` to detect the caller's language.

## Language of replies

Tool replies are in English. The AI app may translate them into your language when it answers you.
