VoiceAIWrapper is listed in Claude’s connectors directory. Connect it once and it works in claude.ai, Claude Desktop and the Claude mobile apps.

Find VoiceAIWrapper

In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and click Browse connectors. Search for VoiceAIWrapper.On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner may need to allow the connector for the organization first.

Connect

Click Connect. Claude opens VoiceAIWrapper in your browser.

Sign in and allow

Sign in to VoiceAIWrapper, choose the organization Claude will work in, and click Allow. You are taken back to Claude.

Use it in a chat

In a chat, open the tools menu (the + or sliders button in the message box) and make sure VoiceAIWrapper is on. Then ask, for example, “Create a website chatbot for my bakery, sweetcrumbs.com.”

Tool permissions

In Settings → Connectors → VoiceAIWrapper you can choose, per tool, whether Claude may run it on its own or must ask you first. We recommend keeping Ask for update_agent and connect_phone_number: they change a live agent and live call routing.

Claude Code is not supported yet

Use claude.ai, Claude Desktop or the Claude mobile apps for now.

Disconnect

  • In VoiceAIWrapper: open Organization settings → Connected apps and click Disconnect next to Claude. Access stops straight away.
  • In Claude: open Settings → Connectors and disconnect VoiceAIWrapper.
Disconnecting deletes nothing. Your agents, widgets and numbers stay as they are.
